Are you available? No need to ask this question and wait for your band mates to get back to you with the Band Agent. Simply create a gig and the Band Agent will confirm everyone’s availability for you and keep all the gig details organized. You can also sync your band’s calendar with your Gmail account.
Fans
Capture your fans’ email addresses and the Band Agent will let you communicate with them directly. You can send your fan base customized email messages. The Band Agent will also search Facebook and MySpace to find your fans so you can invite them to your social networks.

The Band Agent allows you to save information about your songs, upload files (sheet music, MP3s, whatever) and organize it all in to set lists that you can print out. You can send review invitations to the media, create, save, and email press kits, and more!

The Merchandise features of the Band Agent provide a simple way to keep track of your inventory (CDs, t-shirts, stickers, you name it!) all in one convenient place. Also, you can enter sales on the web site, print receipts, and even add the buyer as a fan all from the same place.

Your Band
The Band Agent organizes your band in to 5 categories: Talent, Crew, Management, Collaborators, and Understudies. You can control the features that are available to each of these groups, or each person individually. For example, your crew might need to know what gigs are coming up, but they don’t need to communicate with your fans.
